This is a common question asked by many patients wanting facial fillers. It is an excellent question because so many patients donโ€™t understand the true amount in a syringe of filler. Most are misguided by social media feeds and/or inexperienced injectors.

Much of the confusion and misconception is caused by the use of the metric system to quantify the volume or amount in the syringes ๐Ÿ’‰ That is, theyโ€™re using millilitres not teaspoons or tablespoons. The conversion of 1.0 ml to a teaspoon is about 1/5th. That is, one syringe of filler is equal to 1/5th of a teaspoonโ€”not much at all!

This is why 1 syringe is typically the perfect amount๐Ÿ‘Œin the right hands to naturally enhance the lips ๐Ÿ’‹ or fill in a few lines and wrinkles.

I take a very conservative approach to achieve the most natural-looking results. Filler is a game changer for many people as it is designed to plump up your lips ๐Ÿ‘„, restore volume on cheeks, reduce fine lines & wrinkles.

Our practice DOES NOT โš ๏ธ split Syringes with fillers to SAVE on costs.

Dermal fillers are ONLY manufactured in 1ml syringes. If you are receiving less .5ml at a lessor price, you are sharing that syringe and its been decanted.
